Awards

THE ESSAY AWARD

Each contestant has the opportunity this year to enter their essay into the Essay Award competition.
The essays from interested contestants are judged on the following criteria:
1. The context of the essay
2. If directions were followed
3. The writing style (use of proper English, etc.)
The winner of the Essay Award will then read their essay aloud during the pageant and receive a trophy.

 

THE TALENT AWARD

The contestant with the highest talent score will receive a trophy. All contestants will be entered into this competition.
The criteria remains the same as the talent part of the pageant.

 

THE FRIENDSHIP AWARD

This award is voted on by the contestants.
Each contestant will vote for one other contestant they feel deserves recognition for their positive attitude and practice moral.
This is very similar to the Miss Congeniality Award. The winner will receive a trophy.
